If it’s old enough to be out of warranty, you can probably get a better one for the same price as fixing the old one.

I’d strongly recommend that you buy a new one. repairing the old one will cost you a lot of money because its parts aren’t widely available any more

I would ask for how many months will the repair be covered by warranty (usually on parts & 劳动), and the total cost of repair.
