How to find a blogging job?

I know websites will pay for a blogger but I don’t know where to look. Can some one tell me where to look?

bloggers are pretty much self employed — you have to build an audience and when it gets big enough (10,000+ minimum regular readers) , you MIGHT be able to get paid advertising — you have to go market yourself
